Transparency and direct comparison of filling lines make it possible to selectively improve production capacity utilisation. Another advantage is direct evaluation of data as part of collection of operating data. An integrated online weighing system is an additional option. A checkweigher connected to the network performs a progressive comparison of target and actual weights. A trend calculation corrects the Handtmann filling lines, which are also connected to the network. In this manner the system achieves a minimum standard deviation around the set target value on the order of tenths of a gram. Then the system automatically readjusts the portion weight. |
