In food production the term "dosing" refers to adding a measured amount of filling consisting of paste-like and liquid products to containers (for example cups, trays, baking pans, etc.). Portioning accuracy is ensured in this case by the Handtmann vacuum filler, and in multi-lane applications also by the multi-lane flow divider. Continuous dosing of paste-like products is involved especially in the production of convenience products. For this purpose an even flow of product is generated with the Handtmann vacuum filler. In multi-lane applications this flow of product is divided up precisely by weight with our multi-lane flow divider. |
